The following documents are generally required
for individual borrowers:
1. Photocopy of NRIC / Passport (Non Malaysians)
2. Forum B/BE for the past 2 years with proof of payment
3. Latest EA form
4. Pay slip for the past 3 months / Employers confirmation letter of current salary
5. Latest EPF Statement
6. 3 – 6 months bank statement
7. Photocopy of SPA / Developer Booking Receipt
8. Photocopy of title
The
following documents are generally required
if the borrower is a company:
1. Photocopy of the directors/partners/sole proprietors’ NRIC
2. 6 months current account statements
3. Memorandum of articles of association (if you are a limited company)
4. Form 24 and 49 (if you are a limited company)
5. Business registration, Form A&D (partnership) or B&D(sole proprietor)
6. Audited financial accounts for the past two years.
7. Income documents for the directors/partners/sole proprietor
8. Photocopy of SPA / Developer Booking Receipt
9. Photocopy of title
