than 1 year experience and with proper track
record with a bank or financial institution,
to mitigate risk of compliance, mis-selling

software to monitor and ensure prompt follow
up on the approval of the loan applications
and the subsequent loan documentation

mitigate risks to the borrowers
Customer confidentiality
To prevent misuse and abuse of your personal
and financial documents, all documents must be crossed out with
the phrase “Submission to Mortgage Broker
Sdn Bhd” to ensure such documents cannot be
used for any other purposes. Your documents
will be shredded and destroyed upon approval
or rejection of your loan application.
Mis-selling and Misrepresentation
You will be asked to sign a form as acknowledgement that you understood the products and principal terms offered to avoid dispute.

banks' and financial institutions current
credit guidelines and criterias
